ABOUT THE COMPANY
Oliana Development was founded in September 2017. The company's mission is to create sustainable, transit orientated housing for the San Fransisco Bay Area.
We want to be part of the solution regarding the Bay Area housing crisis and will focus our efforts on "unlocking" housing potential through Entitlements, Development and adaptive reuse of underutilized lots.
We will also be pursuing value add opportunities such as acquisition and rehabilitation of apartment buildings.
As a consultant, we want to help our clients understand the development potential of their property and assist them in the process of managing consultants and getting city approvals.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
My name is Oliver Davis, I am originally from Paris France where I got my Masters in construction Engineering.
After a few years working in Paris for a construction quality control organization and then for a large affordable housing developer I moved to the USA to San Fransisco to pursue my dreams and my career in real estate in the "land of opportunities". A first experience with a smaller urban infill developer in San Fransisco allowed me to eventually work with Fivepoint (ex-Lennar Urban), largest Master-Developer in coastal California where I was working in the "vertical" team on the development of Hunters Point -Shipyard and Candlestick Point in San Fransisco where over 10,000 new homes are being built.
Today, I have taken the big leap and have founded Oliana Development, an entrepreneurial development firm, pursuing small scale, transit and community oriented projects in the Bay Area.
